SLOW FLOW DEEP STRETCH 60 MIN

Mindful slow movements in a more static pace with deep stretching to help open up. Exploring connections between poses while listening to your own beautiful rhythm. A supportive and encouraging class. A great beginner class or simply looking to move more openly. All welcome.

CORE CARDIO 30 MIN

Looking for a quick and challenging sequence that will work your core and get your heart rate up? This active and energizing 30-minute sequence will do just that. With the cooler weather upon us we can encourage a great weekly practice by incorporating some old fashioned cardio to help maintain and support a healthy core.  All levels welcome.

Both classes offered once a month on second the Sunday of each month and scheduled on MINDBODY 10am & 11am start. You can also check our schedule HERE.
