Mindful Meditation Walks
It is well understood that good mental health is an essential component of living a fulfilled life.
Spending time in natural environmental surroundings has an enormous positive effect on your wellbeing. Research tells us that people who do walking meditation experience lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol.
You are invited to join North Flow Yoga for a series of local meditation walks to deepen the connection to nature and yourself.
A portion of the walk will be in silence, being mindful of your thoughts, actions and steps, ending in a place to contemplate and take time for yourself and intentions. Honour the earth beneath your feet in this grounding, balancing, and centering practice. We will move to the sounds of the earth and deepen our gratitude for this planet. Open to all.
