CAN PRENATAL YOGA BE THE FIRST TIME I EVER DO YOGA? The answer is YES!
You don’t have to be an experienced “yogi” before participating in a prenatal yoga class. As long as your doctor gives you the green light to stay physically active during pregnancy, yoga is ideal for all expectant moms: It’s gentle and designed for pregnancy, which aims to help calm the mind, control breathing, relieve common aches and pains and build strength to prepare you in all aspects of childbirth and beyond. We will be with you all the way. Expect some restorative and hands on practice.
First Trimester is getting comfortable with the changes in your body.
Second Trimester: Settling into your pregnancy. You got this.
Third Trimester: Staying focused, positive, active and keeping your body strong.
Postnatal: Gently transitioning your body to pre-pregnancy strength. NFY will offer great incentives for new mommies to get back in touch with their body with amazing discounted class passes. Inquiries are welcome. Come show off your BEAUTIFUL BELLY.
“I really enjoyed the classes. They were really good for stretching those tight muscles, especially in my low back where I’ve been experiencing discomfort.” — Jacqueline C.
