8-Week Introduction To Yoga
Recommended for students with little or no yoga experience.
Student’s will develop a greater range of motion and body awareness. We will move slowly letting you begin to understand the importance of uniting breath to your movement, creating a fluidity between poses.
To encourage mindful movements, to develop a greater range of motion and a stronger core. Understanding the importance of uniting the breath and creating a fluidity between poses.
Helping to encourage mind, body awareness to end continued injury and decrease injury while restoring the body through yoga.
Dates : January 10th – February 28th MUST PRE-REGISTER. (repeating students receive $25 off)
