Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our shipping & return policy.
Orders are ready for dispatch in 1–3 business days from time of ordering.
You assume all risk of shipment issues when you choose shipping methods without tracking.
Estimated delivery times
- Europe: 5 – 12 business days
- North America: 3 – 5 business days
I’ll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sellers aren’t responsible for delays due to customs.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We gladly accept exchanges; contact us within 5 days of delivery. Contact us if you have any problems with your order.
- We don’t accept returns or cancellations.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
