Yoga Abs Buns Thighs & Yoga Body Shred


Keep those summer body goals in check with our two new Monday night fusion classes.

 YOGA ABS, BUNS & THIGHS  Monday’s 6:30pm

We will focus on everything from below the chest to above the knees. We will target the abs, buns, and thighs to strengthen and improve core stability. 30 minutes strengthening drills followed by 30 minutes of yoga stretches. Expect to sculpt and tone. All booty’s welcome.


YOGA BODY SHRED starting January Monday’s 7:30pm 

Both are great add-on classes that focuses on lower part of your body and core strengthening. The perfect marriage and compliments your yoga practice.Functional movement classes. Come join the movement.
